At 4AD Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the damaged item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original mailer or equivalent protective packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a tracked service to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
